3. All customised rugs will be paid for up front, a design proof will be sent to the customer for approval. Once approval has been received no further changes are to be made.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Fluft UK! We strive to ensure that every handmade rug you purchase meets your expectations and satisfies your needs. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

If you want to return your item you must notify Fluft UK with 14 days and return the item within a further 14 days from the date you have told us.
To be eligible for a return, the rug must be unused, undamaged, and in the same packaging that you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized rugs cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Sale items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective rug, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
